So just how overpopulated is the world?

Suppose that the entire world population lived in one city and that city had the density of the following cities.  How large would those cities be?

curious about the vulnerability of dense populations to infectious disease and the linkages to the "maturity" of the sanitation and health infrastructure.

If that many people lived in that small a footprint, what would be the impact of an ebola virus, for instance. Dispersal is a viable survival strategy...
