Texas Information of Conviction Rates for Concealed Handgun Permit Holders

Once again the stats prove the gun-grabbers wrong about concealed carry. If my math is right (no promises) and you average the 4 years listed it looks like the general population has committed crimes at a rate roughly 400x higher than concealed carry gun owners. Wow! Just imagine how low the crime rate would be in this country if the general population was as safe as concealed carry gun owners.

I noticed two convictions for murder in four years with total murders from 2002 through 2005 at 594. This comes out to 1/3 of 1%. I really wonder what the details were for those two cases? Also, there were 132,949 convictions in those years with 312 by CCW holders or 1/4 of 1%. Blood in the streets? I wonder what the nay sayers say to these statistics?
